Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs

Orders under $30.00: $6.99 flat rate shipping
Orders of $30.00 and above: Free shipping

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nature Gap is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
