By purchasing from Nature Gap, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Product

Our facial hair trimmer is designed for the gentle and precise removal of unwanted facial hair. It can be used on areas such as the cheeks, chin, upper lip and around the eyebrows. Please use the product only as instructed and keep it away from water and sensitive or irritated skin.

1. Product Appearance

Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. These minor differences do not affect the product’s function or quality.

1. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery takes approximately 9–11 business days at most. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

1. Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged, defective or does not function properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at natruegap@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal-care products unless they are damaged or defective. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
