By purchasing from Nature Gap, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
2. Products
Our mosquito repellent bracelets are made with 8 natural essential oils: Citronella, Tea Tree, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint, Cedar, and Chrysanthemum.
3. Random Color Policy
All bracelets are shipped in randomly assigned colors. We do not offer color selection at checkout. By placing an order, you accept that your bracelet color will be chosen at random. No refunds or exchanges will be issued based on color preference.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [natruegap@gmail.com]. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We do not accept returns for change of mind or color preference.
